Production Process:

       The (lead) boron-containing polyethylene board adopts high-temperature compression molding process, through high-speed stirring, kneading, plasticization, strengthening the adhesion between boron carbide B4C and UHMWPE, and then a new type of composite shielding material produced at high temperature and high pressure , Can replace borax and paraffin wax in the field of protection.

                Density: ≥1.028g/cm3 Density difference: ≤0.01g/cm3

                Coefficient of linear expansion: 8.933×10-51/℃ Heat resistance temperature: 126℃ (DTA measurement value)

                Compressive strength: ≈24MPa Impact strength (notch): ≈19KJ/m2

                Thermal deformation temperature (load ρ=0.46Mρa): 72℃

Product performance: It mainly protects against neutrons and gamma rays, has good radiation resistance, no activation products, light weight and small size, high mechanical properties, corrosion resistance, non-toxic and tasteless, impact resistance, low temperature resistance and chemical stability.
