Xinxing uses all-weather, long-lasting composite rig mats to serve many purposes, including support for environmental construction operations and drilling equipment while on the oilfield job sites. Our composite rig mats can be placed on top of environmental lining as an instrument of protection and stabilization. The lightweight ribbed interior structure provides tremendous weight-bearing capacity with impact-resistant additives, reassuring that the heavy truckloads and equipment will not tamper with the ground.

lasting, molded from a single piece of High Density Polyethylene (HDPE), with special proprietary fillers and additives that provide additional strength, rigidity, and impact resistance. A solid HDPE plate is bolted to the top of each mat to close off the ribbed interior and to provide a water seal that prevents dirt, water, and debris from penetrating the mat. They are overlapping and have interconnected parts.

TRAKMAT

is made from heavy duty HDPE plastic. 2.4mx1.2m and weighing 38kg they are light, durable and take up little space making storage and transportation efficient. They are easy to deploy and retrieve on site.
